Opinion-former newsletter
for Royal Mail in Wales To provide a communication channel with Welsh Assembly members, MPs and the media during a period of national negative media coverage, the Royal Mail head of external relations in Wales commissioned this simple, but highly effective newsletter. Using low-cost digital printing, the four-page newsletter was produced on a Xerox 5252 Digital Press in a 'twist and turn' format to provide both English and Welsh versions of the publication. News items were sourced and written by the client, with publication and distribution taking less than a week from start to finish.
