Internal Communications
for the BBC and TV Licensing This year-long campaign, which won the silver award for Best Internal Communications Campaign at the IPR Cream Awards in 2002, was a motivational communications activity for staff working at TV Licensing. Each month a new montage was created with Adobe Photoshop using various stills from different BBC TV programmes that included The Vicar of Dibley, Ab Fab and Dr Who. The monthly performance results of TV Licensing call centres, from around the country, were featured on posters which proved so popular many of the staff even took them home! |
